• A simple background will come with the finished piece.

GENERAL

^{The Client shall pay the full price upfront after the draft has been approved.}REVISIONS
^{The Client may request a maximum of two major revisions only during the drafting stage.}DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
^{Once the payment has been received, the Artist shall deliver the final artwork immediately after the commission is completed.The Artist shall deliver the final artwork in a PNG format through the Client’s email within 14 to 50 days.Rushed orders will be delivered within 10 days.}USE
^{The use of the Artist's art for NFT's and AI image generation is strictly forbidden.The Client is NOT allowed to trace, modify and edit the Artwork.The Client may use the Artwork for personal use including icons, wallpapers, headers, etc. The Client is allowed to print and use the Artwork's design for physical merchandise as long as it is for personal use only.Commercial use includes using the Artwork to promote the Client's brand and/or gain monetary compensation and revenue. Commercial fees for the Artwork will be discussed depending on the use of the commission.}INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
^{The Artist retains all copyright of the produced artwork. Ultimately, this means that the Client has permission to share the work publicly and use it on display for private use but any reproduction of the work, especially reproductions that will be used for profit or commercial uses, is strictly prohibited unless approved by the Artist in writing. Failing to do so is a crime and may result in legal action. The Artist is also prohibited from reproducing the Artwork for profit.Social media sharing and other public sharing of artwork are vital for marketing purposes of the Artist. This includes, but is not limited to, artwork potentially being displayed on the Artist’s Twitter, Instagram, website, studio, portfolio, web and print advertisements and business documents. The Client consents to the completed work, as well as reference photos, being used for these purposes. When sharing work publicly, the Client agrees to give the Artist credit though clear and visible labeling, tagging or verbal acknowledgement.If the Client wishes to keep the commission private, they may sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement for an additional fee.}TERMINATION AND KILL FEE / REFUNDS
^{If the Client chooses to terminate this Agreement, the Client will be required to compensate the Artist. The Client is only allowed to terminate the Agreement during the drafting stages. There will be a kill fee of 15 USD as compensation for the draft(s) and sketch(es) sent by the Artist.
There will be strictly NO REFUNDS after the draft has been approved.}COMMUNICATION
^{Communication between the Artist and the Client will take place on Twitter direct messages or through email. If the Client does not respond within 72 hours of the request's acceptance, the Artist will cancel their commission request.}
